SafeShare will no longer generate link

I used SafeShare all of last school year with no problems, but this year I cannot generate a link.

It just keeps spinning. I am using my iPad. I will try my computer on Monday. I am off campus the rest of the week. Thank you!

Hi Denise,

I have a suspicion that this might be related with your iPads' browser caching.

Please try to do this:

  1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  3. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
  4. Tap on Website Data. Notice here you can see how much space on your iPhone or iPad website data is taking up.
  5. Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.
  6. Confirm one more time you'd like to delete all data.

After that, please try to generate a link.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in my response. This issue was extremely hard to fix.

When you try to generate a link, does SafeView show you any error message?
