What is going on with all the error messages recently? I've used this website a lot and recently it has been really glitchy.

I've used this website a lot and recently it has been really glitchy. One minute is working and the next minute this pops up

It is happening after I submit the youtube link. It is also happening when you scan the actual QR code with an ipad. I was having the same problem Sunday when I was working with the site and then it seemed to work again. Then again (right now), I'm having the same problem.
